SEASON RECAP
While the Rangers are disappointed to miss out on the Regional Tournament they made great strides in year one under Scott Norwood. RC finished with a 23-29 record an improvement of seven wins over last season. They also held their own against some of the powers in the west. RC beat WTJCAC champion New Mexico Junior College and beat Howard and Odessa, both of who are playing in the regional tournament. Ranger also picked up its four-game series sweep of a conference opponent in over seven years when they swept Vernon.
