Rangers rack up points at McMurry Meet

ABILENE – Running in its second meet of the season, Ranger took the course in Abilene at the McMurry University. Carlos Colon and Erick Bett has the best of a what was a good day for the Rangers. Colon won the men's 10K while Bett placed finished second.

Running against all four-year schools Ranger finished with the following results.

Gladys Rutto finished second in the women's 5K. Freshiah Ndunu was fifth.

In the men's 3K Steeple Chase, James Ramos was second and Max Ramirez was fourth.

Daniel Rotich and Jose Soto placed third and fourth in the men's 5K.

Sydney Leverett was fourth in the 1500M.

Ranger is back in Abilene on Saturday to take part in the Hardin-Simmons Invite.
