Lady Rangers put 4 on NTJCAC All-Academic roster

Since she took over the reins of the Ranger College volleyball program, head coach Nicole Smith has prided herself in the ability to recruit athletes that can shine in the classroom as well as on the court. Without a doubt, she has done well in both areas.

Fresh off an appearance in the Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference tournament, Smith had four players - all two-year members of the RC program - named to the conference's all-academic squad. Earning academic all-conference accolades were sophomores Emeleigh Terry, Trinity Haile, Jordan Mahan and Isabelle Domingue.

"We are very excited about these four being named to the academic all-conference team," said Smith. "They have been great players for us that have represented themselves and out college very well."
