RANGER, Texas — February 28, 2026 — Ranger College men's basketball delivered a strong performance at home Saturday, defeating Grayson College 89–65 at Ron Butler Gymnasium.
The Rangers took control early, building a 45–27 halftime lead and maintaining the momentum throughout the second half to secure the decisive victory.
Mafatime Ndiaye led Ranger with 24 points, knocking down six three-pointers in the win. Cam Brown added 16 points and nine assists, while Devin Whitten and Gavin Headings each contributed 16 points. Headings also recorded a double-double with 11 rebounds.
Ranger dominated on the glass with 47 total rebounds and moved the ball efficiently with 29 assists while shooting 50.7% from the field.
The Rangers' balanced scoring attack and strong defensive effort helped them pull away late and secure another key conference victory.
