Rangers Hit Century Mark in 100–82 Win Over Southwestern Christian

TERRELL, Texas — February 21, 2026 — The Ranger College men's basketball team delivered an explosive offensive performance Saturday, defeating Southwestern Christian College 100–82 on the road.

Ranger jumped out to an early advantage and carried a 51–39 lead into halftime, before continuing the momentum in the second half to secure the 18-point victory .

Devin Whitten led all scorers with 34 points, shooting 13-of-17 from the field and 5-of-8 from three-point range. Cam Brown added 21 points and eight assists, while Gavin Headings recorded a double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds.

The Rangers saw balanced production across the lineup, with Jalen Hooks contributing 10 points and seven assists, and Mafatime Ndiaye adding eight points and seven rebounds. Ranger dominated the boards with 53 total rebounds and shot 52.6% from the field while knocking down 11 three-pointers in the win.

The Rangers' strong offensive showing helped them reach the 100-point mark for the first time this season while securing another key conference victory.
